In addition, we use your contact information to keep you up to date on the latest product announcements, software updates, IRS compliance regulations, special offers, and other information we think you would like to hear about. From time to time, we may also use your contact information to contact you to participate in a market research survey, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop better products.

We collect information about you in several ways. For example, we might ask for your contact information when you correspond with us, call us to make a purchase, call for technical support, register to attend a seminar, or participate in an online survey.

Additionally, when you shop at our website for Software, Services, Publications, Events & Seminars, we collect information about your visit. We collect your IP address and we log the length of time of your visit and the number of times you visit and purchase from us. We assign you a unique internal identifier to help keep track of your future visits and purchases. We use this information to gather demographic information about our visitors, and we use it to personalize the information you see on our website and the emails you receive from us (should you grant us permission to send to you). We keep this information for our internal use only; we do not share it with others.

If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information (such as your credit card numbers for purchases). Contact information from the order form (email address, name, billing and shipping address) is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. The financial information we collect is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchase.

By showing us how and when visitors use the site, “cookies” help us determine which areas are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the site are based on data such as total number of visitors and pages viewed. IRSCompliance.org does not store any sensitive information in the cookie.   • We use third-party intermediaries. When you purchase from us, we send your credit card information, name, and billing address to credit card companies for verification and to authorize your purchase. We give your name and shipping information to third-party shippers who use this information to deliver your purchase. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only, and we require that the companies safeguard your contact information in accordance with IRS Compliance Inc.’s policies.
  • We may occasionally run our own online surveys and we ask visitors for contact information (such as email address) and demographic information (such as zip code, age, or income level). Purchase Terms & Conditions

Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, virtually or physically, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read all relevant documentation.Posted prices on the IRSCompliance.org website are subject to change, and as such, are at the discretion of IRS Compliance Inc. In the event of an error, IRS Compliance reserves the right to address the error, and rectify the matter by changing the customer’s order to the proper price.

Refunds are discussed for each product on this page, and as such, please note that the 5% Processing & Service Fee attached to all orders, is non-refundable. This fee helps us to keep our prices & services competitive.

Request Refund

We only provide support to our subscribers through our site’s Support section. We will not provide support by any other means including, but not limited to, email, regular mail, telephone, Twitter, Facebook, Skype and so on. If you wish to receive support without using our site’s Support section or demand that you be given a full discount in violation of our refund policy we reserve the right to request to be paid according to our regular consultancy rates. Our regular consultancy rates are $50.00 USD per hour (plus VAT, where applicable), minimum charge one hour. In case of on-premises support a specific arrangement has to be made.

Subscription at IRSCompliance.org is not to be considered as a guarantee of response time or a service level agreement. All tickets are answered on a “best effort” basis. Private tickets and severe bug report are given top priority, public tickets are given medium priority. If you have not received any response within 72 hours, please use the Contact Us page to let us know of the issue. If we determine that there is an objective difficulty in providing support to you over our ticket system we will provide you with support over email, in exception of our support policy.

We reserve the right to provide no support for versions of your software, when your IT environment does not meet our minimum. We reserve the right to give you a link to our troubleshooting page, documentation and/or previous public tickets if we deem it necessary for providing better support. We will not provide support for issues not related to our software or services. We reserve the right to decline support if the request or the conversation is conducted in a language other than English or when the language barrier makes it impossible to provide meaningful support. We reserve the right to decline support when access to the affected issue is denied or objectively impossible. We reserve the right to decline providing support on a case by case basis (even though we do try to help everyone), with or without a reply to your ticket. We assume no responsibility for any issues directly or indirectly caused by our support efforts, as per the “No warranty” article of this policy. We reserve the right to close support tickets for any reason deemed appropriate.

We reserve the right to close or delete support tickets if the user refuses to follow our instructions and insists on receiving support (our instructions are support and you’re supposed to follow them in order for us to help you). We reserve the right to edit or delete tickets or ticket replies. We reserve the right to close or delete tickets and/or block accounts of users who become abusive and/or pugnacious in their support ticket replies; we are trying to help frustrated users under adverse conditions, please respect it and understand that we are neither deities nor saints.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF AVAILABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE AVAILABILITY, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF OUR SERVICES IS WITH YOU. SHOULD ANY OF OUR SERVICES PROVE INEFFICIENT OR UNSUITABLE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE.

IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IRS COMPLIANCE INC., ITS OWNERS, STAFF, ASSOCIATES OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH ITS MAINTENANCE, OPERATION OR HOSTING BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF OUR PROGRAMS TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not allowed to use our products/services. Moreover, any use of our products/services implies the unconditional and immediate acceptance of the aforementioned terms, waiving your legal rights to uphold them. Acting in violation of these Terms of Service constitutes a violation of our copyright and abuse of a computer system, both prosecutable as felonies.

The owners of IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org & it’s subsidiaries believe in software Freedom and strive to provide low cost, high quality service surrounding their products & services. In order to keep the costs low, without placing artificial restrictions, we have a fair use policy in place. In no event shall we provide support to anyone who is seeking our support for more than three issues per month.

Moreover, IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org reserves the right to terminate any account which is supected in being implicated in unlawful or abusive activity, including –but not limited to– unsolicited mass distribution of our software, products, or services. Account termination is in the sole discretion of IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org and we reserve the right to not provide any prior warning or further information.

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts (upon fair warning) of users who are submitting the same support requests numerous times to our support ticket system. We reserve the right to block or terminate accounts (upon fair warning) of users who submit an excessive amount of support requests.

The payment process is fully automated. After you purchase a product, you will be granted access to the product on the account that was used to purchase said product. When applicable, the ability to download will be available.

By downloading and/or installing our software on any site you explicitly agree to the terms of its license.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of IRS Compliance Inc. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Payment is required at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards via our website.

Invoices are accepted after making arrangements with our conference registration team. Please be advised, discounts are limited by their expiration date and are dependent upon payment being received prior to the terms of the specified discount.

After we receive the payment from the registered attendee, an electronic event pass will be sent to the email address associated for the registrant 5 working days prior to the start date of the conference. Please bring the pass to the venue of the event.

By registering and attending our conference, you agree to being photographed and/or recorded on video during the conference and do not have any objections to IRS Compliance Inc. using these photos/videos for marketing, archiving or any other IRS Compliance Inc. related activities. You agree to release IRS Compliance Inc. from any kind of claims arising out of copyright or privacy violations.

Cancellation requests may be made at the link below (from the person who has registered for this conference). If request is received prior to September 1st, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75.00 service charge. No cancellations will be accepted after this time.

Substitutions may be made at the link below at any time for attendance in the same year for no fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

We discourage onsite registrations, however if you wish to register onsite, payment is to happen through credit card immediately via our website while onsite. Conference material will be given on the spot if it is available after distributing to other attendees. In case it is not available, we will send the material after the conference is over.

In the event IRS Compliance Inc. cancels the event, IRS Compliance Inc. is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, other costs or losses incurred by registrants. Some topics and speakers may be subject to change without notice.

Your registration for any & all webcasts are subject to following terms and conditions.

If you require clarification before registering for a webcast please call us at (410) 914-5470, or open a Helpdesk Ticket.

Payment is required at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards via our website.

After we receive the payment from the registered attendee, your completed order email will be sent to the registering email account listed on file, which will include the instructions for attendance. Additionally, a reminder email will be sent to the email address associated for the registrant 45 minutes prior to the start time of the webcast, again including instructions for attendance. Please follow the instructions for testing your system accessing the webcast ahead of time, preferably the day you receive your completed order email. IRS Compliance Inc. will not be held responsible for your system not meeting the system requirements needed for access. If you do experience connectivity issues, please contact us immediately. Failure to request support, attend at the proper time, or complaint without notice promptly will constitute a zero refund policy.

Written cancellations may be made via email (from the person who has registered for the webcast) to [email protected]. If received by 5 days prior to the webcast, the attendee will receive a refund minus a $25.00 service charge. No cancellations will be accepted after that time for the event.

Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the day of the webcast. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

In the event IRS Compliance Inc. cancels the event, IRS Compliance Inc. is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, other costs or losses incurred by registrants. Some topics and speakers may be subject to change without notice. If there is a cancellation, IRS Compliance Inc. will attempt to reschedule the webcast. If that is not possible, IRS Compliance Inc. will issue a voucher for a future webcast attendance to the original purchaser of the webcast.

Eligibility to receive credit for attendance at including but not limited to: Conference Session, Webcast Training, etc., are required per our coordinator NASBA to verify your attendance. This is done in a variety of methods to ensure you have in fact, been present and engaged in the educational content presented during the credit hour.

  • A signature form/sheet is presented to registrants at 10 minutes prior to the start of the event, and requires the registrant to sign in/out accordingly during the event.
  • At the end of the event, you are required to sign out.
  • Staff will be monitoring the event for those that do not properly follow this procedure and the registrant will be disqualified from credit award if found to violate the procedure.
  • Our digital system will display a series of codes at random intervals on your screen throughout the event.
  • Please follow the onscreen requests to respond timely in order to record your attendance.
  • A score of at least 70% correct responses are required for credit to be awarded.
  • If you experience issues during the event, please immediately document the issue by opening a support ticket.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses of CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addresses to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37218-2417.

If the content you submit to IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org is deemed offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, and objectionable or in any other way engage in disruptive behavior we reserve the right to use your personal information to stop such behavior.

If IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org believes on reasonable grounds that you are in violation of any laws of the United States of America or othewise, we reserve the right to submit your personal information – including the content itself and any other relevant information about you – to the proper authorities, such as law enforcement, your ISP or school email / ISP.

IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org reserves the right to terminate user accounts (free or paid subscribers) when the aforementioned fair use rules are violated. Furthermore, IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org a reserves the right to terminate user accounts if the user is posting unsolicited messages (spam), engaged in sites or services promoting the unauthorized distribution of proprietary or other distributed for-a-fee software, directly promoting or linking to resources promoting indecent or unlawful actions, or in any other way trying to disrupt or diminish the quality of the services offered by this site. Account termination takes place without prior notice and is considered final. Holders of terminated accounts, if they are paid subscribers, will not be refunded. IRS Compliance Inc. / IRSCompliance.org reserves the right to terminate any further user accounts created by the holder of a terminated account, or any other person, business or organization affiliated with or endorsed by the holder of a terminated account.
